Peachtree Corners, GA (March 23, 2026) — David Bacon, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is leaving the business to pursue a new career opportunity and has agreed to serve as a strategic advisor to the Company to facilitate transition. The Board has appointed Siddhartha Shenoy, currently Vice President of Halocarbon, LLC, to succeed David as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
